Ample free parking is available in Brand Park. An accessible entrance and accessible parking for cars with a disabled parking placard or license plate is located on the East side of Brand Library.

Art historian Dr. Valerie Taylor, Brand Associates Board member and former Highlights Tour docent at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, shares the fascinating story of the Brand family and "Miradero," their historic home that is now Brand Library.

Valerie will also share information about the renovation and historic restoration that took place between 2012 and 2014.
​
This tour is free, but RSVPs are required. Tour is limited to 25 people.
2025 Tour Dates: Saturday, March 1; Saturday, August 2; Saturday, November 15; and Saturday, December 6.​ All tours will take place from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM.

The docent tours are organized by the Brand Associates.
Bike parking can found at the park. Cycling to Brand Park can involve cycling up steep hills and streets.

Dail-A-Ride

Technology
Wifi, printing, and scanning self-service are available in the library. Also available are public computers with Microsoft Office and Internet access.
